Bank of Maldives (BML) today launched the beta test of its new digital wallet 'Swipe' with the aim of introducing a modern system that allows customers to easily conduct financial transactions. During the beta testing phase of this service, a specific number of selected customers will have the opportunity to experience the wallet's features and provide feedback. Through 'Swipe', contactless payments, easy money transfers, and payments using QR codes will be available. The bank has stated that this new digital wallet is an important step towards further digitizing the banking sector in the Maldives and bringing convenience to customers' lives.
